Refund & Return Policy

At Men’s Revolt, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, and exchanges for physical products, digital products, and services.

1. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Items)

  • All print-on-demand items are custom-made and therefore non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloads)

  • Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the file is defective or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

3. Services (Coaching & Consultation Sessions)

  • Coaching and consultation sessions are provided by independent specialists.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos (for physical products)
  • We will respond within 3–5 business days.
