3. Products and Services

  • Physical Products (POD Apparel): All apparel is printed on demand. Please check sizing charts carefully before purchase, as each product is custom-made.
  • Digital Products: All sales of e-books or digital materials are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
  • Consultations & Coaching: Sessions may be free or paid, as specified at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling.

4. Payments

We accept payments via approved third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, PayPal, and others listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store your payment information.

5. Refunds and Returns

  • Physical Products: Refunds or replacements are only offered in case of defective or damaged items. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Digital Products: No refunds after purchase, except where required by law.
  • Services: Refunds for paid consultations are only available if canceled within the stated timeframes.
